Our delivery information is split into two types of orders – services and online shop.
Please review the one which is appropriate for your needs.
Shipping for General Services
This covers our services, such as screen printing and embroidery.
The cost of shipping for services will depend on your needs, as prices will depend on volume / weight / distance of travel and urgency of delivery. Below are our general rates for delivery (incl VAT). They should be treated as guidelines. For purchases made from our online store, see Online Store Purchases further down.
Please Note: When advising your delivery address that someone will need to be present to sign for the order.
You will receive email notification on the dispatch of your order, which will provide tracking (if applicable).
Domestic Orders
Less than 1kg (up to approx 3 t shirts)
- Standard Delivery (via Royal Mail Signed For): £4
- Tracked Next Day Delivery (via Royal Mail): £6
- Tracked Next Day Delivery (via DPD): £8.40
5kg DPD ExpressPak (up to approx 20 t shirts)
- Standard Next Day Delivery: £10.70
Boxed Parcels (via DPD)
Prices are up to 10kg and the cost per additional kg.
- Standard Next Day Delivery: £12.75 (40p*) / Free**
- Before 12 Delivery: £13.50 (41p*)
- Before 10 Delivery: £33.20 (75p*)
- Saturday Delivery: £20.35 (63p*)

Large Volume Orders
We will quote this at the time of your enquiry, to reflect your needs.
- Pallet Shipping (via Pallet Force): £90 per pallet (approx 2,500 t shirts / 500kg)
International Orders
These will be quoted for at the time of your enquiry, or you can get in touch here and we can give you guidance.
Delivery for Online Store Purchases
This covers purchases made through the Sample Store.
If you have any delivery requests you can state these during the order process. If you need to do this after the order has been placed (or you need to change the address), please contact admin@blackwaterstudios.co.uk before the item is dispatched. Once your order has been dispatched, we can’t make any changes to your delivery address and your order will be sent out to you as per your order confirmation.
If you’re not in when the courier arrives, they will try to leave your parcel with a neighbour or in a safe place around your property. They may attempt to re-deliver the next working day (excludes Sundays & bank holidays). If this isn’t possible, they will leave a card explaining how to arrange re-delivery.

UK
Most domestic orders will be dispatched same day, if ordered before 3pm (Monday to Friday). Otherwise they will be dispatched the following day.
International
We ship to most locations worldwide. If your country isn’t listed below and you aren’t sure if it’d be included within World Zone 1, contact us and we will let you know if it is possible.

Your order should not be subject to customs tax. If you’ve been charged for customs tax on receipt of your order, email us.
Missing Parcels
If your parcel has not arrived, please allow 10 days for UK deliveries or 3 weeks for international deliveries. If your parcel still has not arrived, please contact us via admin@blackwaterstudios.co.uk or our quick contact and we will investigate the issue.
